Configuring Quadrant for Leave Management
To use the Leave Management component of Quadrant Self Service, several configuration steps must first be completed in Quadrant:
- Set up a user group for people who will need to see new hires before they are assigned positions.
- Specify what employee skills you want to appear on the Competencies page.
- Create a Reports To Org Level so that leave notifications can be sent to managers.
- Designate notification addressees so that when an employee submits a leave request, their manager receives a notification.
- Link employees to managers via Position Org Details and configure notifications so that managers are notified when leave requests are submitted.
