Competencies are behaviors, skills, abilities, or knowledge that an individual can gain through education or experience. Quadrant Competency Management functionality provides a complete view of an employee's training and educational history, and records other employee attributes not directly related to training, for example, exceptional organizational skills. Any competencies that have been added to an employee's permanent record on the Competencies window in Quadrant automatically appear in the Competencies menu in Quadrant Self Service. The competencies page is read only and any additions or changes are made in Quadrant.
