Each scheduling team has cyclical pick periods during which members of the team can select shifts on Quadrant Self Service. During their non-picking periods, users can review their scheduled shifts on Quadrant Self Service, but they cannot edit or add shifts. When a user logs in to Quadrant Self Service, their default schedule, which has been extrapolated from a template, is shown. If they want to leave the schedule at the default settings, there is no need to make any shift selections.
